Super convenient 24/7 shuttle from/to Airport, truly ACCESSIBLE ROOM location (I'm disabled international business woman), kind/helpful staff throughout, EXCELLENT on-site hotel restaurant & bar with extended hours (And $26+ breakfast buffet was amazing- best I've encountered in years!). Room and food not inexpensive, but I felt good value for money spent- yes it's a bit older with redone traditional decor, no super frills- but everything functioned and was COMFORTABLE. I will definitely book this hotel again for all my SFO layover connections.

I liked the customer service. The fact that they had given up all the king suites, which is what i had booked, but made up for it by giving me the Presidential suite, was AMAZING!! Talk about making your guest happy. I was very grateful.

It was close to the Airport which was what we needed before we were to fly out. This was also the first Hilton that served food cheaper for the kids. They also gave us cookies and they chased us down so my kids could pick out a little toy.

The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing,also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out

I liked that this hotel had a shuttle than ran far later into the night than the other airport hotels. This was important given my very delayed flight.

Very close to Burlingame which is a good place to visit to spend some extra time between flights. There is a nice boardwalk with easy access from the hotel which has a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area. The dining room serves a simple but acceptable evening meal.

like room a lot, a lot of space, good fitness, like table a lot. I am very appreciated to this hotel. like filtered water a lot!!!
